I need something that can record lectures.
I don’t care about memory size.
Something I can upload to my computer for mp3 or wma format.

There is a 512MB Sony Digital recorder available at Walmart for 6 cents less. But this is about half the storage capability, and it appears to not have the USB hub for easy computer downloading. Instead I think you would have to remove the memory card and insert into your computer.
