I have an MP4 player called…?

wilson co ltd.
firmware: 9.0.50
and It plays videos but, for some reason, the sound is so so faint.
Music works fine and I thought it was a firmware problem
or maybe I am not making my videos the right size and all that.
What do I do..
I have turned it up to the highest volume don’t worry
This is working fine with normal music,
but when I try doing videos you can see it but not hear it
turn the volume up? If that doesn’t work, try calling the distributor, or the company. S1 doesn’t sound like a trusted brand.
