Why Does my MP3 player display a white screen?
I just got a Sony Walkman MP3 NWZ-E344 for Christmas and tranferred music to it, when i first turn on the player Ill get the creating library screen and then i can choose how to play the music, when i start the music the music will play and then go on to the next song after that like it should, however, my problem is that if i want to get into the library again or get to the other “tools” i cannot because it displays a white screen that i cannot get passed unless i hit the reset button on the back of the player. SO WHY DO I HAVE A WHITE SCREEN?
I think thats a bug.. I don’t know, but I recommend you to call Sony technical support.
