How do I update the firmware on my Sylvania SMPK8858 Touch MP3 Player?
I have been pulling my hair out Googling a way to find firmware upgrades/updates for my mp3 player. It comes with firmware upgrade software on the disc but doesn’t tell me how to get the *.RFW file. I called Curtis Inc. Tech Support and they were no help; telling me to put a video on the player for some reason ???
