Sony MP3 player nw-e003F “not not recognized” by windows XP Home Anymore?
Hello I have a Sony MP3 player nw-e003F
When I connected the player to my PC (Windows XP home) The MP3 player is no longer been recognized by windows, I have uninstalled and downloaded the latest SONIC Stage from Sony website. I have tried all of my PCs USB slots and still not working. I have uninstalled and reinstalled my USB root hubs, in the device manager I have a unknown device what is the MP3 player.
Anyone know where I can get a driver from??

PC has been rebooted and swiched off overnight. I have looked on the Sony Support forms and they seems to be a lot of people with this issue with a few MP3 playes. I dont think I have a headwear issue since windows finds the MP3 player and the player works fine

Did you try re-booting?
99% of these kinds of problems can be solved by re-booting your computer;
either by restarting, or logging off and back on.
It sounds like you haven’t re-started your computer. At least you didn’t mention it.
