HELP PLEASE!!! My Sony mp3 player isn’t working!!!?
so i was going to download some cool screens for my Network Walkman (NW-E507) and it wanted me to download the Update 2.0 first, so I did. It all worked fine until about 99% when it said the operation timed out and said my data was corrupted. Now my computer does not recognize my MP3 player and the player won’t even turn on. there’s a nifty little reset pin-push button in the back, but that doesn’t work either. i got it for christmas, and i hope it’s not dead. HELP PLEASE!!!!
i just contacted customer support and i got a “dear valued customer” auto response…this might just make me go Apple and get a Nano.
hey i would just take it to radio shack or sears blockbuster (maybe) well good luck and if u r in a hurry to get it fixed go to the nearest stores of: radio shack, sears or blockbusters (maybe)!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
