sony mp3/4 player the instructions and software cant be installed through usb cable asking for usb mass disc?
purchased sony mp3/4 from bulgaria, when trying to install it comes in chinese not english looking to find out what i need to be supplied with to correct this problem cant download anything
is it comeing up mass storage device if so…
click my computer then you will see it there with g: drive then either double click on it to open it /then drag and drop
