My daughter has just been bought a sony mp3 for her birthday.?
It was recommended that I loaded the software called “SonicStage”, which I did and at first the mp3 was letting me download onto it.On my harddrive, the mp3 when plugged in, comes up as “local disc C” yet on the software it has got Atrac E. I have only downloaded 7 songs onto the mp3 and it is now showing up as no data! on the mp3. It keeps coming up that the Atrac is not recognising. I am fairly knew to computers and don’t know what i,ve done or maybe it’s themp3 player. The mp3 is not responding to anything. It just keeps showing up as no data. Anyone shed some light . can someone please talk me through downloading and where to save to as I am not really sure what I’m doing!!
i have this sonic stage program for my sony mp3 player, I have had a few problems with sonic stage, i just uninstall it and then re-install it, and it works fine then.
To put music onto sonis then onto your mp3, click file in sonic and 3 or 4 options come up, choose the relevant one,say, from file, click on the file where your music is and your away ;o)
