How do you remove “write-protection” from an SD card or Memory Stick?
I’m having some trouble removing the “write-protection” from my sony memory stick duo….I have picture and video clips that I want to erase manually and everytime i delete it i get a message similar to this. “Cannot delete MOV30245: The disk is write protected. Remove the write protection or use another disk. I have the similar problem when trying to drag and drop mp3 music files to my microSD card…it tells me that it cannot transfer music because the disk is write protected. So my question is…does anyone know how to remove the “write protection” off the cards (disks)? thank you!
and no there isn’t a switch…i already checked!
Carefuly check the card for any switch or sliding switch…you might find one.
