Should I buy a Sony PSP now or wait six months?
I am looking to buy a portable media player, and was thinking of getting a Creative Zen Vision:M (better than an iPod Video). Then I thought I might as well just buy a Sony PSP. In South Africa (where I live) the PSP is R2000 (approx $320) while the Zen Vision:M is R3200 (approx $480). Then I saw that Sony is thinking of releasing a new version of the PSP that will have a hard drive (50gig) or flash drive (6gig).
As I would mainly use the player as an MP3 player, large storage is a necessity. I would also like to watch videos on the device, so a good video battery life is important.
Which would be better for me to purchase, or should I wait a few months and hope that a new PSP with decent battery life and a nice hard drive comes out?

Wait for a few months. It’s safer to wait and see what’s going to come up. Sometimes the prospect of buying something seems very favorable now but don’t give in to temptation
