when i play music on it its always crashing and i dont know how to upgrade it i dont have any information on it i dont know the memory capacity or anything. its black and its got silver buttons. i created other folders next to the music folder and now i cant delete them because the music i put in those folders has renamed itself to weaird symbol names (little square boxes) please help me

you know the first thing is that you shouldn’t have bought a fake player. anyways, if you have a computer connect the player to the pc via the usb. now right click on the new memory disk icon that is shown in the my computer window and select the format option. after formatting the entire device safely remove the same and re-insert. hopefully it should work.
