my sony bean mp3 player won’t turn on?
i just got it like 2 weeks ago and now it won’t turn on.. i’ve plugged it into the usb slot and it shows teh battery is fully charged but when i take it out of the slot its totally dead..
i got it from amazon from their used thing but it wans’t used the guy selling it new.. i dont have the box nemore… and it was working fine for a few weeks…
It’s probably defective. Since it’s so new, you can probably still return it to the place of purchase for an exchange or refund.
