Can i do other things with a gaming laptop than play games?
Im planning on buying my first laptop computor. i have a lot of money saved up for this so i wanna buy the absolute best there is. ive heard gaming laptops are really good but i dont play games much, but i want a computor that wonlt freeze and can hold TONS of storage. i want to be able to get online, email, aim, have itunes, store mp3′s, programs like microsoft word, microsoft powerpoint, music editor, plug in ipod with USB, all the works and i dont want it to become slow. is a gamming laptop like alienware good for this??or should i just get a really expensive dell or somthing?
The things that you want to on the computer don’t need a powerful graphics card like gaming computers have. As far as hard drive sizes go, gaming computers have a ton of it. Get 4 GB of RAM for applications and you should be fine. If you absolutely want to, go quad-core.
