NEW AT Mp3 PLAYERS! i’m very desperate. please help?
When I plug in my USB cable into the computer. I can’t locate my sandisk sansa clip (mp3 player) anywhere. I tried going to My Computers and it file should say “Sansa Clip”. But there isn’t any. Also a message popped up saying…
“The USB Mass Storage Device will function at reduced speed. You must add a HI-SPEED USB host controller to this computer to obtain maximum performance.”
“The USB Mass Storage Device is a HI-SPPED USB device and will function at reduced speed when plugged into a non-HI-SPEED port.”
“There are no HI-SPEED USB host controllers installed on this computer.”
I’m in desperate need of help you guys. It would mean a lot if you can help me. Thanks so much.
