SanDisk MP3 player issues and a Macbook laptop. After disconnecting wrong nothing comes up, can you help?
My sister hooked her boyfriend’s sandisk mp3 player to my macbook. I was able to view the information. She then turned it off. After turning it back on I was able to view the information. However, she then took it off the usb cord without correctly removing it from the computer first. Now the thing won’t say Hello or Goodbye and will not allow us to hook it back up to the computer or listen to the music on it. HELP!!!
SanDisk sucks–Anyway, I had to format mine to get it to reset
–And make sure your Firm Ware is up to date ..install the updater
Apparently the know there’s an issue with it
