Having trouble download Sansa Media Converter….?
Hi, I bought a Sansa E260 MP3 Player 4GB a couple days ago at CircuitCity. The box came with headphones, USB cable, the mp3 player, a little case, and a quick start guide. The guide says to download the Sansa Media Converter from the website www.sandisk.com/sansa to transfer photos and videos to my Sansa e260. I followed the instructions and downloaded it from the website. When I downloaded it, I realized that it was a setup wizard thing so I opened it to continue with the installation. However, on that setup it tells me to insert the installation cd to continue. Seeing that the box didn’t come with one, how am I supposed to download Sansa Media Converter?

Sansa sucks I bought one a year ago and returned it 5 min after opening the box for an Apple product.
My family now has three ipods do to their ease of use and very user friendly free software itunes.
