How do I get my PC to recognize my mp3 player again?
I have a Samsung YP-F1Z player. I had it connected to my PC to transfer music to it, and my daughter unplugged it without stopping it. Now my computer won’t recognize that it is connected. I know the usb ports work, because I connected another mp3 player to both of them and it worked. I tried reinstalling the device in Device Manager, but am told that I need an updated driver…with no luck there. Does anyone have any suggestions??
No unfortunately not. The only thing that I can think of would be to restore the computer as in erasing everything and then connecting the mp3 player. One day my sansa e280 didn’t wanna get recognized so I restored my laptop and now it works, but it’s probably because it got unplugged without being stopped first. I hear these things tend to get messed up if they aren’t removed properly.
