I bought an mp3 player from ebay but i cannot get any songs onto it!?
Bought a (brandless) mp3 player from Ebay. It says it has a samsung memory though. I have a laptop with vista on it(and also one with xp).
According to the ebay seller, all you have to do it plug the player into the usb port and you can start downloading songs. I have tried everything but it seems impossible. It did come with a software but when i open the software it has loads of windows installer packages but not sure which one(if any ) to use. Esp as according to the seller, you dont have to download anything(only for MAC’s). Been trying it for a week, I asked the seller but no response.
Any help would be much appreciated!
thanks for your quick reply. I am not able to drag and drop it though. Nothing pops up on the pc to show the mp3 player has been plugged in but if i go to removable disk (F) where it is plugged in then i get to see this: “RAWDATA” “VOICE” “WMPINFO”
i just dont understand how to put the songs on it..
try opening 2 windows
one containing the music you want to put on the mp3 player
and the other one would be where you want the music,(MP3player)
after that just drag and drop
you shouldn’t need any software
