I have a samsung yh 925 mp3 player and i have tried to upgrade the firmware – HELP !!!?
I have attempted to upgrade the firm ware for this mp3 player and i am now left with a message on the screen every time i plug my mp3 into the computer.The message reads MTP MODE STATUS: UPDATING do not disconnect device from computer
This message does not change and stays on the screen at all times whilst the device is connected to the computer. The upgrade also seems to have deleted the fm radio on my player.. i havetried using the roll back software on the samsung website but when it tries torun it says that it cannot detect the device. I have absolutley no idea of how to fix this problem or return to my original settings, Any help would be really appreciated. I also no longer have the original software cd so can only use downloads from the web. Thank you
