Questions about Cell Phones and other Devices?
I don’t have enough money to buy a gaming device, digital camera, mp3/ipod and a video recorder. Is there such a device that has all 4 in 1? If so please tell. Next on the list, I am in search of a new Cell Phone. I can’t afford a contract so it has to be prepaid. Thing is Prepaid phones are ugly and don’t have many features. I was wondering if I could buy an unlocked phone and a sims card from a company like at&t or T-Mobile and set up a prepaid plan. If so would I still be able to use Internet, Talk & Text. I really want a Samsung Memoir. Would I be able to use it on a prepaid plan? If not, can you tell me what phone I could use with those features?
IME, you can use a prepaid plan for voice and text, but not Internet.
If it were me, I’d get a budget phone for voice/text, and a netbook for everything else, and use it off of wi-fi where that is available. Or an iPod Touch for gaming/MP3.
You can get relatively feature P&S cameras for $100 or so.
