Converting music for my iPod? Is it legal?
There are no sites that allows me to download legal mp3 music for my new iPod from my country (Saudi Arabia). I tried a few myself, iTunes,Ebay, the popular ones. So is it legal download wma (since they are really popular) and convert them to mp3?
And if you know a site that has a variety of legal mp3 please let me know. And I want to pay, so please don’t tell me about free music. I also checked website with good prices but it says it has only independant labels (or something like that) so I didn’t find my favourite music there. Finally, can you also exclude russian sites like legalsound and allofmp3?
as long as you pay for the song you are converting then no it shouldnt be illegal. if iTunes wont let you download then you should check with any electronics stores around you. best buy, circuit city, walmart all have their own online music stores where you can buy and download songs. some of them even advertise as usable with iPods
