My Sandisk SD memory card is not recognized by my Rio Cali mp3 player or my digital camera. What can I do?
The problem started when I had removed my mp3 player from the usb connection before the player was safely shut off for disconnection. Since that time, the memory card has not worked in any device. I’ve also tried to use another SD memory card in my mp3 player that has been working fine in another digital camera. (all images were deleted before testing) Unfortunately this card is also not being read by my mp3 player.
When both CD memory cards are inserted in the mp3 player, all I see is the “Rio” logo but the mp3 player never completely loads. The mp3 player works fine when neither of the 2 memory cards are inserted. What should I try next?
