Are Ipods the “loudest” MP3 player available?
Okay I have an Ipod and use Aux cable to listen in my car, my home stereo, etc. Great Sound. Now I have connected many Mp3 devices (sansa, rio, cell phones w/mp3 players: LG, Blackberry, etc) and the Ipod has the best SOLID sound, Why is that? Do they measure the max volume limit in amps and the ipod is the loudest? For example, I connect my LG Dare (verzion) and the sound quality is very poor and horrible! I connect a Sandisk 1GB mp3 player, same thing! I connect my Ipod, LOUD and CLEAN. why? why? Which Mp3 player and MP3 player/cell phone is the loudest out there (except ipods).?
Well, from my personal experience, I would have to say the Sony. I actually own a iPod, Zune, and several generic mp3 players. The Sony has consistently better sound than the rest. The iPod may sound better because the sound is limited causing less distortion. The Sony has very clean and clear sound that outdoes the rest. It’s my personal favorite out of all my devices for sound quality.
