How do I download new songs onto a new MP3 player?
I got a new RCA S1010 and everytime I try to sync some new music on it, it says there’s a problem with the USB. I checked and it said that there were no drivers for the USB, but i tried to update them and nothing works, it says on the box that no installation is needed. Please help me out.
ok, I’ve tried all of the USB ports on my computer, and I get the same responses…..
I usually plug in my mp3 with USB, then excess the drive through my computer (it is usually listed as RCA something). and drag and drop songs in to MP3 drive.
If you are having a problem with USB itself try to borrow a USB from friend or take the MP3 player back to the place where you got it from and ask them to replace the USB.
