RCA OPAL USB Connection Problem — can someone help, please?
I just bought an RCA OPAL mp3 player last week. The first couple of days the USB cord connection was working fine, but after a while, I couldn’t find the folder in the “My Computer” screen (or anywhere for that matter), and it keeps connecting and unconnecting by itself. And I don’t mean the cord falls out of the port, I mean it disconnects internally. Can someone please help?
