My RCA Pearl Mp3 player is frozen. RCA is NO HELP AT ALL. What do I do?
I bought the RCA Pearl MP3 Player about two weeks ago. After three uses it is now frozen. The screen says (PEARL). I have been in contact with RCA via email and they are not much help at all. They will tell me to remove the batteries which I do with no luck. Then they told me to update it, I do this but it says there are no updates available. It seems like I am going round and round with RCA and getting no where. I have the original packaging but not the receipt. Should I continue with RCA or should I take it back to Walmart? Thanks! 
take it back, it sounds like it is something wrong with the unit itself,and hopefully walmart will honour its return policy and trade it for another one of equal value! make sure it is NOT rca,good luck!!!
