Rca lyra 2212a 256mb can Someone recommend better sync software?
This device is mp3 player 256mb and will only hold 20 songs at 64kb download. Can someone recommend better sync software to ge more songs on this device like now as I have to catch a plane in the morning and Im trying to get this device setup. thanks
The synch software doesn’t affect how many songs you can fit on the player. It is determined by the size of the drive (which you can’t change, unless it has an expansion slot), and the size of the files (which you can change, by ripping at a lower rate).
If you mean to say you’ve ripped the songs at 64kbps and you’re only getting 20 songs on the player, you’ve apparently done something wrong in encoding them, or your songs are EXTREMELY long. The rule of thumb is 1MB per minute for 128kbps MP3s.
