Does it matter much if I buy a standard mini sd card than a high speed one for my Philips sa260 mp3 player?
Will I benefit from buying a high speed sd card should I stick to a standard one. Also, what is the largest memory card you have used for the Philips sa255, sa260 or later versions?
The high speed memory cards are primarily for use in digital cameras, where a photographer might need to take a dozen 6 mega-pixel pictures in rapid succession. Since you’re only going to be reading music at a steady, slow pace you’ll hardly (or never) notice the difference between higher speed cards. But you’ll notice the $30 missing from you wallet after paying for the faster memory.
