help me with my Philips GoGear audio player 8GB?
This is really frustrating. My mp3 is acting up. Everytime i plug it into the computer, it says do not disconnect, and then seconds later, it says, “OK to disconnect” Plus, all my tracks have been deleted, and instead of their usual titles, they are all in Chinese. I’ve tried to do the Repair and Recovery on the Philips Device Manager multiple times, yet it is still not working. HELP please! I only got this mp3 player the other day. D:
did it come with software?if so load it up!
if you already have then remove it and try again
there is also a firmware page on the net for the go gear try uploading a new firmware.
you can also try formatting the flash memory
i brought the 2gb gogear and have never had any of these probs if all fails get a refund
