Why won’t Windows Media Player recognize the mp3 player?
I got this Philips gogear mp3 player, and i installed the software disc, charged the mp3 player, blah blah, but when i use WMP to try and put music on it, its not recognizing it… and ideas why or how to fix it?
Maybe it is a file format problem. Try opening my computer and go to the mp3 player device folder and drag the music file in to the folder.
