I wantd 2 no wich best posible conversion i shuld make use of 2 convert films @bst quality(dvd) 4view onmobile
I got a 6680 (nokia). I got a RS-MMC of 1 Gb. I got around 8-10 mb of RAM.
I am current using a converter called Smartmovie for conversion of my movies(dvd) on my computer to view them on my mobile phone with the “smartmovie” player. I am currently using the nearly latest version of it.(3.11). For the time being I convert my movies at these specific criterias:
No cropping i.e full screen
No reduce frame
Video codec xvid
Screen size: 208*176
Bitrate(video): 1024 kbps
Bitrate(audio): 128 kbps
MP3(lame)
Stereo
44100khz
volume boosted by 150%.
But the fact is that though the quality is preety good, i dont know if its wise. Coz my mobile is able to play ( after i added), Mpeg1, Mpeg2, Mpeg3, Mpeg4, Rm,Rv, Wma, ogg vorbis, avi, DivX, Xvid.
Could you please help me sort with that problem. Tnx in advnce.

Yeah, this format is redundant. I’d suggest this:
Bitrate(video): 300 kbps
Bitrate(audio): 64 kbps
MP3 Variable bitrate: Stereo or Mono 22khz or OGG if possible (better compression)
