MP3 wont sync…kind of?
Okay, I asked this a couple of months back.
I have an Aigo MP3 that didn’t sync with my media player/computer.
Since then it sorted itself out.
However, now – since the Christmas break – it’s not working, again.
The device is recognised by the computer and the media player, but when I go in to get the files (there are some new songs on there that need saving to my computer), it says the only files in there are two ‘WMPInfo.xml’ documents.
Yet, when I take the MP3 out of my computer, it works fine and plays the music – so it’s all still there.
Anyone got any ideas why this is happening and how I can get to the files to save them to my computer?

reload the software that came on the disk then look on the website for updated software and firmware..
if running vista restore your file permissions as that causes many file problems
