Mobile Phone Tools help please anyone?
I connected fine and it found my phone and recognized it. (I have an alltel V3a Razr)
However, when I try to send .mp3, ringtones, or pictures, or try to look into my phone through the PC, it says “CONNECTING” then it says “Unable to communicate with the mobile phone”
I am running Windows XP. I tried to do the live update, but it said it “timed out”
I’ve tried it twice.
I don’t think the update is the problem because it initialized my phone.
I have the software and I’ve tried uninstalling it, reinstalling it, shutting down the phone, turning it back on, shutting down the computer, re-starting it. Tried everything that is out there.
Only thing I can think of is that I need to fix something on the phone itself or the modem or the driver or something.
Been trying this for about 3 days. No luck.
uninstall it install this one to see how it works for you i have it and work good it connects all the time so try it wont hurt here it is below
