if i were to use a digital sound recorder to record a streaming album off of rhapsody, split the recording into tracks, save the tracks as mp3 files, and put the music on my ipod, is that legal?
i was just wondering this, because rhapsody does allow you to add music to compatible mp3 devices for free with a paid subscription.
