ok so i have had this(the one above,but mines is blue) mp3 player for about half a year mabe more,but when i play videos on it it doesnt work all i hear is a clicking sound.
can some one help me??
Your first problem was buying an Insignia product…. take it back to Best Buy and have them send it off under your manufacturers warranty… UNLESS YOU HAVE A SERVICE PLAN!!! Then exchange it for something not Insignia.
