I have a mp3 website idea, is this illegal. ?
I am interested in creating a new website similar to imeem, and playlist.com although I want to provide a service where you can upload the MP3 to my server, and anybody can listen to it, and put it on their myspace. NOT DOWNLOAD IT. Although I will hide the URL, and completely prevent people from downloading the MP3 file from my website, would this be illegal. The creator of the sound will be given full credit for the song, and can not be re-downloaded, and will never be resold.
I need to know if this process is Illegal as soon as possible.
