how do you install an mp3 rca car adapter?
ok i guess i got it ..just pluggin the rca wires but what do i do next?
What you need is something called an Fm Modulator. What it does is take the sound from you MP3 and converts it into an FM signal. This way your radio thinks your MP3 is a radio station. Its very easy to install. It needs power and ground. Than you take the signal from the MP3 player and connect it to the input of the Fm Modulator. Than the FM Modulator has a female and male Motorola end. One of those plugs into your radio, the other one plugs into the car’s antenna. You can buy one of these at your local Car Audio shop or you can buy it on line from crutchfield. I am attaching Crutchfield’s link so you can either buy it from them or at least see what it is that your looking for. Also as a side note some cars need antenna adapters If you tell me the year and the car I can tell you if you need additional parts and even give you part numbers.
