My new RCA Opal mp3 player won’t work!?
I installed the software correctly. It shows on Yahoo Jukebox that i have no portable device connected, even tho it is by the usb. i even tried to uninstall and install the software again and still nothing. i know my mp3 is compatible with yahoo jukebox cuz i saw it. what do i do?
Make sure your mp3 is fully charged first 4 to 6 hours? Try using windows media player? Mzke sure requirements are met, vista, windows xp etc…
