What Happened To My Phillips Go Gear 4MB MP3 Player?
I have a Phillips Go Gear 4MB MP3 player that has been working really great since I got it. My boyfriend was listening to it the other day and he said it was working just fine for him too. Then, I turned it on to go to bed and it when to the Phillips screen of it, then just shut off and won’t turn back on. I’ve tried to charge it and all of that, but nothing is working.
Does anyone know what could be causing it to mess up and if it’s fixable?
Im assuming you have the 4Gigabyte version. I have heard of this before and sadly, many times on this specific device. You can try resetting it by putting a paperclip or something in the little hole. If that does not work, then you must send it in. I am sorry about that. It seems this is a design flaw and has been happening to quite a few people so Philips may pay for it or at least offset the cost of a new one. I have the 2GB model and its been working for over a year with heavy usage.
