How do you delete music from your RCA Opal M4001 MP3 Player?
I have tryed to delete some music on Windows Media Player AND I opened computer, went to OPAL, then internal storage, finally I opened music and highlited all items of interest and pressed delete.
Both times it pops up a message saying that it is dissconected or the device has stopped responding. I know it’s connected and the device says usb connected or transferring.
What now?
Go to the website and download the updater. It will erase every thing but it works!
I am having the same problem with mine. I am not sure what to do. I tried the reset button on the back but it didn’t change anything. HELP!!!!
