is there such a song that plays silence (no noise at all) because i want to use it as sound cancelling and lis

The American avant garde composer John Cage is probably most famous today for his piece entitled 4’33″. It consists of three movements, all of them totally silent. But I don’t think that’s what you’re looking for.
It would be very easy for you create your own mp3 of silence. Audacity is free if you want to have a go. But it won’t do what you want.
Noise canceling headphones eliminate external noise by monitoring ambient sound and synthesizing the “opposite” sound. Sound is a wave, with peaks and troughs, and noise canceling headphones create a new sound that has peaks where the original has troughs, and vice-versa. The net result is the sound is canceled. If you’re having a hard time understanding this, just think about walking in the wrong direction on one of those moving walkways they have at airports. You’re walking, alright, but if you time it just right you can stay completely stationary relative to the building you’re in.
So simply playing a silent mp3 (which is the same thing as not even turning your mp3 player on) will have no noise canceling effect.
You could try a recording of white or pink noise, though. Easily gotten for free, and a pretty good way to block out distractions.
