can i transfer music into my mp3 using the bluetooth and my laptop?
I have a Samsung T10 mp3 player with bluetooth, and my laptop is able to connect to the internet wirelessly using a 802.1X, WEP, and WPA… can i make a sharing network or something to connect to my Mp3′s bluetooth to transfer files? how? im running windows vista… thanks
Not quite sure if you can do it because not all bluetooth devices support all services. For instance, some bluetooth phones will only allow handsfree and the transfer of PIM databases or business cards. What services can your MP3 player and computer support?
You would need to set up a personal area network, a bluetooth serial port and file transfer service. I don’t think MP3 players are designed to do all that. MP3 players are usually only capable of providing bluetooth audio.
When you open your bluetooth application on your computer, it should report all bluetooth devices in range that are discoverable. From there you should be able to find out what services a particular device offers.
