Scroll/functions not working- Ipod bought from ebay and its very different than any other Ipod i have seen?
bought 4g ipod from ebay (NEW) in box and came sealed. only problems that I have is that scroll wheel doesn’t work. Sopost to be 4g with video. First turned on and it was in Japanese. But came with insturctions to put in english mode. everything seemed fine, but wont orginize files by album and to adjust volume you have to go threw menu every time. Scrool knob doesn’t work at all. ALSO this ipod doesn’t have a “docking Plug”. Also has a FM radio built in and on back says MP3 MP4 WMA ect. PLEASE HELP ME FIND OUT WHAT IPOD I HAVE AND HOW TO GET IT TO WORK……. I BOUGHT THIS IN THE STATES AND PICKED IT UP MYSELF.. THANKS IN ADVANCE
What you’re describing doesn’t sound like an iPod at all because they don’t make a 4 GB model with video playback nor do they make one with FM radio built in. It’s most likely some non-iPod mp3 player.
