Help! My MP5 Digital Player cannot play .MP4, .avi files.It shows “Exceptional file, please play other file!”?
Hi Friends, actually, I have purchased a MP5 Digital Player. It’s cost is about 1100/- Rs. with 1GB Memory. It plays all MP3 very well. There is one demo .avi file and four .mp4 files already available in it. All these video files play very well. But when I try to play other .avi, .mp4 files available in my PC using this player, it shows “Exceptional file, please play other file!” I have tried several converters. but it fails to play anyone. Please help me………..Thanks
