Verizon Ringtone Help!?
I have just recently created a new ringtone on my computer for my cell phone. I cut about 20 seconds of the .mp3 file and then converted it into a .wav file. Afterwards, I sent it to myself through e-mail sending it to (myphonenumber)@vzwpix.com. When I receive it, the ringtone plays normally. However, when I actually set it as my ringtone, this is where the problem begins. Anytime somebody calls me, my phone would ring with the correct ringtone but it would be extremely soft. I already have the phone volume on max and it is still quite soft. I was wondering if anyone else could help me with this dilemma. I’ll appreciate all helpful answers. Thanks!
