How do I save an mp3 from the internet?
All I have is the URL, which I have to copy and paste into internet explorer. It’s not like a link where I can right-click and select ‘save as’…
when i go to the link, it does not give me an option to save because it opens automatically in windows media player.

OK.
So in Windows Media Player, when the song opens, all you have to do is File> Save as, then save the file where you want it.
Simple, huh?
Another direct way to do it would be File> Open URL then paste the URL of the song location.
Then, as mentioned above, File> Save.
