My Sansa Scandisk m250 mp3 won’t open properly or shut down without me taking out the battery. What can I do?
When I turn on the player, it opens to the initial screen with the name & etc. Then it just gets stuck soemhow. I can only turn it off by taking out the battery, and pressing or holding down buttons hasn’t helped. I must admit that I make the mistake of forgetting the device ouside, in my coat pocket, in the very cold air, for 3 days… Could that be it? Just let it ‘thaw’ out? or is there somethignt hat I can actually do, like formatting or… something else entirely?
Your mp3 is FROZE. You need to reset it and that will fix it. On some mp3′s you have to put a pen or paper clip in a little hole on the side of your mp3. Or look for reset in your manual. This will fix it and if it does remember my 10 points.
