phone ring tones (change sample rate)?
ok i have a gay phone a verizon one that dont let you put you music as your ring tone so i found a way , i use sound forge to take saples of songs and save them under MP3 and send it to my phone by Email, then you could set it as ring tone but most of the good songs are two big, but what i found out is that songs with a smaler saple rate like 22,050 are lower qualety and i could send biger saples to my phone
does any one know how to change a sample rate of 44,100 to 22,050 without making the song sound funny
