Sansa c240 and .wav files?
After my online FLV converter crapped out on me, I decided to record these four audio clips myselfand put ‘em on my Sansa. I’ve done if before, somehow. But they were automatically saved as .wav files, which apparently will not go directly onto the Sansa, will not convert and sync through Windows Media Player, and cannot be converted with the Sansa Media Converter.
I need to convert them to .wma or .mp3 somehow. Any ideas?
With Audacity I have to download the LAME (how appropriate) mp3 encoder. I’ve been through 10 sites that claim to have the download, the LAME site included, and none of them do.
Download a program called Audacity, search for it on google. Open the .wav file in audacity, then choose I think File -> Export as , then choose mp3. that might not be exactly how you do it, but the program is easy to handle and it’s free. good luck
