Creative Zen Sleek Firmware Install Problems?
I have a 20GB creative zen sleek. It stopped working recently so I formated and cleaned it useing the recovery menu. I then tried to reload my firmware, but when i run the firmware updater on my computer, it says the device is not connected. I have the latest drivers and device manager says it is working correctly. There is now no firmware on the mp3 player so i can’t do anything with it. Does anyone know how to make it work on my pc?
